Hard to believe that in 4 short days, Kelly and I will be heading to S Korea again. Aaron has proposed to Jeong Mi and she chose Aaron's birthday, June 26th as their wedding day. Kelly, Jeremiah, Melissa, Alan, and I will be heading out at 6:00 am from Pittsburgh International Airport on Thursday. So we are in the process of buying things, getting our plans pulled together, and getting our home in order. We will be gone from Thursday, June 23rd through July 3rd. God willing our plane will land in Pitts July 3rd at 11:45 pm! We plan to drive Jeremiah to New York July 4th. But I am digressing...
The last time that we were all together was August 28, 2010, Melissa and Alan's wedding.
Aaron and Jeong Mi flew in for Melissa and Alan's wedding and soon the 5 of us will be heading to S Korea for Aaron and Jeong Mi's wedding. She chose June 26th which happens to be Aaron's 28th birthday. So it will be a double celebration for Aaron! Aaron proposed to Jeong Mi on February 12th. He and Jeong Mi invited a small group of close friends over to their apartment for a party and he surprised her by proposing to her in front of their group of friends.
You can read the particulars on their taco party and see the video that is posted on his blog.

Since then they have been completing their wedding plans: booked their wedding site, measured for their hanbok (Traditional Korean Wedding Outfit), and chose the food for the reception following their wedding.
Aaron said that they are having their wedding recorded so we hope to share their wedding ceremony with family and friends.
They recently attended a friend's wedding and the Korean custom is for all Korean woman who will be married soon to catch the bouquet... and since Jeong Mi was the only young lady there soon to be married, she earned the bouquet!
Well plane tickets purchased, passports ready to go..now time to pack... more later.
I am looking forward to being there "virtually"..So happy for Aaron and Jeong Mi and for all of you as you witness their wedding vows as a family. God Bless you as you journey abroad and may he bring you back home to the states safely.

I"m not sure those would win out over corny dogs and fries oreos for me... :) What a wonderful way to share all your great times with your precious family! Michal :)
